Needs Assessment

The "Observatory Center" affiliated with the Social Association conducts field studies and data analysis to assess needs and develop plans accordingly.

Monitoring & Evaluation

The monitoring and evaluation department independently ensures project outcomes and implementation quality according to the association's policies and procedures.
